RBW Influential in New Georgia Warehouse Law

The Georgia state legislature recently passed legislation adopting changes to the Uniform Commercial Code. RBW's Frank Anderson was highly involved in this initiative by promoting passage of the legislation on the state senate side. The new Georgia law allows for documents that pertain to Article 7 of the UCC to now be acceptable in electronic form. RBW would like to thank Augusta's State Senator Ed Tarver for his support and sponsorship of this legislation.
